CLASS A CDL DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Driver Requirements
✔ Valid Class A CDL
✔ Clean MVR
✔ 2 years of regional and OTR driving experience
✔ Must pass DOT Drug Screen & Physical
✔ Dry Van or Flatbed experience
✔ Ability to safely operate under FMCSA regulations
✔ Strong trip planning and time management skills
✔ Reliable attendance and professional communication required
✔ Comfortable using ELD systems and mobile dispatch communication
✔ Ability to secure freight safely
✔ Felons encouraged to apply

CLASS B CDL DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Driver Requirements
✔ Valid Class B CDL License
✔ Clean MVR
✔ Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
✔ Dump truck or construction experience is a plus
✔ Must pass DOT Drug Screen & Physical
✔ Ability to safely operate in construction zones and tight job sites
✔ Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
✔ Must follow all FMCSA and safety regulations
✔ Felons encouraged to apply
✔ Manual transmission experience
✔ Knowledge of tri-axle or tandem dump truck
